The Community Place assists families and individuals with a wide range of information and referral to gain access to much needed services.
This can include:
- Emergency relief services (please note The Community Place currently has a small amount of Emergency Relief funds available to community members in the 4030 and 4053 localities). We can also provide referrals and information to other support services.
- Family and individual support – providing information and referral to services which can provide counselling and family support to local families as well as individual counselling and support.
- Information on local services available in the local community.
- Community Information – eg local schools, sporting facilities, other community services.
- Stafford Community Resource Directory – is available to all community members and provides a relevant snapshot to services available to families and individuals living within and around the Stafford Community.
