The Restaurant Explorers
This is a welcoming group for all community members who would like to meet new friends in their local community. This group meets on the last Friday of the month at a different restaurant mainly in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
The Restaurant Explorers have been going for nearly 10 years. Each month around 10 community members meet at the monthly dinner.
Please contact us to register your email address and we will send you the upcoming details of all dinners! Don’t be shy, most of our community members come alone and it is a welcoming and safe group.
Book Club
We have a very friendly and welcoming book club that meets on the 4th Friday of every month at The Community Place Stafford. The Book Club runs from 10am – 12pm. The groups focuses on an author of the month, so there will be plenty of choice for people to read lots of different books that suit their tastes.

We would love to hear from all community members who have a keen interest in joining a range of social and or support groups including but not limited to:

Get Connected at other Community Centres
There are many other Community Centres on the Northside of Brisbane that offer activities which are there for people who wish to connect socially with others in their local community.
